Air Travel
This year, you will be responsible for booking your own flights. Please hold off on booking your flights until further notice. The TurnPoint Services Events Team will notify all registered attendees once conference details are finalized and it’s time to make travel arrangements. Keep an eye on your inbox for upcoming updates and important conference information.
At that point, you will log back in and enter your flight details, as the TurnPoint Services Events Team will be arranging shuttles based on arrival times. We recommend flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), the closest airport to the JW Marriott Las Vegas.
Travel Identification
Please ensure you have a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or a passport. The name on your ID must exactly match the name on your airline ticket. The REAL ID Act for domestic travel within the United States went into effect on May 7, 2025. The REAL ID Act establishes minimum security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards. A valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport is required to board your flight. You can check if your driver's license is REAL ID compliant with the Department of Homeland Security. You will not be able to proceed through security without a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport.
Ground Transportation
TurnPoint Services will provide shuttle transportation between Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and the JW Marriott Las Vegas. Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to the designated baggage claim area for your flight, even if you did not check your luggage. A staff representative in a royal blue shirt will meet you with TurnPoint Services Leadership Conference signage and escort you to your complimentary ground transportation.
If you are arriving at Terminal 1: Please retrieve your luggage and proceed to the Starbucks kiosk in the middle of the baggage claim area. Terminal 1 airlines include Southwest, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Allegiant Airlines.
If you are arriving at Terminal 3: Please retrieve your luggage and proceed to Door #51. Terminal 3 airlines include Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, Sun Country, Virgin America, United, Hawaiian, and all international flights.
The approximate travel time to the resort from the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is 30 minutes.
When returning home, your arranged transportation will depart from the resort lobby. More information regarding your shuttle time will be provided prior to your departure.
If you are pre or post extending, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.

Las Vegas observes Pacific Standard Time (PST) year-round. When it is 12:00pm (noon) in Las Vegas, it is:
12:00pm - Los Angeles (Pacific Time)
1:00pm - Denver (Mountain Time)
2:00pm - Dallas (Central Time)
